Pool modernisation

In May 2022, the process of modernisation of the swimming pool of the University of Silesia, which is part of the complex of sports facilities on the campus in Cieszyn, was completed.
The project “Reconstruction of sports facilities in Cieszyn at ul. Paderewskiego 9” included the comprehensive modernisation of the swimming pool, and was financed with the University’s own funds and the funds of institutional partners.

Thanks to the commitment of all entities, a sports facility that meets the latest trends in indoor swimming pools was put into use by the academic community and residents of the city of Cieszyn and the Cieszyn County.
